2day I found katie crying for the 1st time and she says that she can't find her mum. I am really stuck and don't no what to do. Can somone please help.

Katie should mention the name of one of your friend's (in the real world) towns. You'll have to visit them either over DS-to-DS or WiFi, and Katie's mom should be there. Supposedly you should get a present, but I didn't, so...

The only way to have seen katie is to have been to another town. She should say which town her mom is in. You must bring her to the town where her mom is in. It is impossible to have seen katie whithout visting another town. Hoped this helped ^.^
