1.ok easy everysaturday night just go to the mussium and go to the cafe (first door to the left) and he will be there.
2.technically you can plant it anywhere you like, but if you plant it near the ocean it has more of a chance of growing so I suggest planting it somwhere near the ocean but not in the sand

Down stairs at the museum is KK Slider. Plant coconuts on land down by the water. Like maybe 4 rows from the water.

If you go to the cafe in the museum he will be there. You can plant it anywhere but it grows quicker by the water. Hope this helps.

K.k. Slider will be at the cafe every saturday night between 8.00-11.00. This always works, plant your coconuts at the parts of the beach that separates the land from the sea. hope that helped!
