None of my friends have acww so is there any way I can get other people to come over so I can get the last up grade of the shop.some one please help

You can ask your friends to buy the game. You can do both Wi-Fi and Wireless Play.

There really is only one solution to this problem. Do you have Wi-Fi at your house? If you don't go to a local coffee shop or something and get on and have someone who also has Wi-Fi to hop on and help you out.
