Massage chair
I'm currently working on getting the golden axe and I just got the massage chair from Sahara, but how do I get it to Tortimer? Please answer this!

You have to talk to Tornimer during an event. The events he shows up on are
Fishing Tourney
Bug Off
Flower Fest
Bright Nights
Fireworks Nights
He doesn't show up during
The Flee Market
Yay Day
Acorn Fest (Cornimer may be tornimer, but he doesn't except the chair then)

Tortimer the Mayor shows up in front of The Town Hall during the Flower Fest, Fireworks Displays, Bright Nights, Bug Offs, and Fishing Tourneys.
Talk to him then.
