Do I have the hairdresser now?

I was playing my game and then Tom Nook told me he was expanding... So Im wondering is this were I can have the hairdresser now, because somewere on the webiste it said at the last expand you must have a friend buy something and spend a 65,000 bells.And my friend visited today and I think Ive spent 65,000 bells.

I have returned from my long absense woot!

Well Tom Nook has 4 stages of expansions. The following information is from the ACWW Player's Guide.

1) The default shop is the shabby-looking 'Nook's Cranny'.
2) After you've spent 25, 000 Bells at Nook's he will close the shop for a day to upgrade to the convenience store-looking 'Nook 'n' Go'.
3) After you've spent 90, 000 Bells with Nook, he'll close up again for a day to upgrade to the large superstore, 'Nookway'.
4) The final expansion will require someone who's visiting your town to buy at leats one item (along with your having purchased a whopping 240, 000 Bells worth of merchandise!). The resulting shop will be an extremely large department store with 2 floors and a hairdressers, called 'Shampoodle', in the back. This expansion is called 'Nookington's'.

It depends, You get the salon at the last expansion. Here, I'll show you:
If he has Nook's cranny, he'll expand to Nook n Go
The same, exept from Nook n Go, he'll expand to Nookmart
From Nookmart, He'll go to Nookingtons.
Nookingtons is when you get the salon, to get nookingtons, a friend has to buy something from Nookmart, then some time later, he'll say he is expanding again and he'll have nookingtons, with a salon, and a whole second floor full of furniture!
