HELP!!!!
Hello, I wanted to ask how to get the barber's shop. I have the Nook's cranny, and the Tailor's shop. I don't have the barber's shop. Also, I found a flower-like red figure, that flies are all around. What is it? What do I do with it?
K.K. Hasn't come to my house before. I've had this game ever since it came out. Why hasn't he come? I went to the little phone, and I checked for a strange cat to come to my town, but it hasn't come before! HELP!
What's wi-fi? How do I meet people, and friends!

To get the Barber's shop, 'Shampoodle', you must first get Nook's final expansion, 'Nookington's'. Details on how to get this store can be seen in the answer above.
The red flower is called a Rafflesia. It shows up in areas where your weeds are really out of control. This is a weed that cannot be killed unless you pull out all the the surrounding smaller weeds.
K.K. Slider doesn't come to your house. He's a white dog who performs every Saturday night in the 'Roost' cafe in The Museum between 8pm and 12am.
As for the strange cat I don't know many details but I know it involves Wi-Fi Connection.

You'll get a barber shop as soon as you get nookingtons (to get nookingtons you must have spent alot a nook's stores and have one friend buy something off you)
I know I've seen that flower and I never knew until jackieboy answered
K.K won't do house calls but he will be in the coffie house at about 7:00pm and will leave about 12:00am on a saturday. He'll play you a song around 8:00pm

This is probably not what you need but you can only visit the barber once a day for 3000 bells

The "strange cat" is a cat called blanca with a weird face and if you talk to her you can design her face then she goes to somone elses town and they see your pattern.
AS for wi-fi, it is what you use to visit friends, but you need a wirless internet router to use it.

Ok There is one cat where you draw the face for it and there is another cat I forget it's name where it usually comes from the town you have just recently came from and you have to go to that town using ds wireless conections by talking to booker and asking to go to that town but make sure your friend has opened the gate for you on their ds the town travelling instructions should be in your game book that you should have got with the game better than I can explain.
