1st off you must 1st get the natl. Dex and gain access to the survival area. After that find your way to stark mtn. Help the dude you saw talking to your rival at the fight area. Help him through and he'll up a weird rock and leave use dig, an ecscape rope, or find your own way out. Next,fly back to the survival area go to the house next to the pkmn center(i think it is the 1st 1) he will say something like"okay fine i'll take the treasure back" then find your way back to stark mtn. And back to were the rock(treasure) was and heatran will be there click "a" to fight it at lvl70 I caught mine as a male and with a pkball at 1hp, my lucario at lvl50 used EQ hope I helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
