Step 1. Get the Pokemon's HP down very low.
Step 2. Make the Pokemon fall asleep.
Step 3. Use Ultra Ball to try to catch it.
If the Legendary Pokemon should awaken, make it fall back asleep and continue to use Ultra Balls.
