How to Get A "Fear" Rattata
First make sure you have: 1 Heart Scale, and a Focus Band. Get two Raticates, one female, one male. Make sure that the two Raticates know the move "Endeavor". Breed them in the Day Care. You will recieve a PKMN Egg shorty after that. Once the egg hatches you will have a Rattata. Take it to the move tutor in Blackthorn City, and teach it Quick Attack. Then give the Rattata a Focus Band. In battle fist use Endeaor which will bring the opp.'s health down to 1. Then use Quick Attack to finish it.
