You need to talk to your neighbors, and they will tell you the first password. After that you tell Crazy Redd the password and go inside the tent. Talk to him and he will ask you to become a member for 3,ooo bells. Pay the man. Lyle comes and asks what day you want Crazy Redd to come. Every week or some Crazy Redd will send you a letter telling you the password. If you refuse to give him the bells to become a member, then he won't send the letters.

if you want to become a member on animal crossing do exactly what the comment says in the big crazy line (thats my best friend by the way shes a little crazy) but in city folk its a little diffs: meet all the residents in your town, and then talk to them and meet up with them lots. then one of the residents will mail you an invitation with 3000 bells in it. go to the city and go to redd's shop. he will be happy when he finds out you have an invitation with 3000 bells in it. you'll give him the invitation and the bells and he'll invite you inside. if you wanna become a member go to him before you by any of his crazy priced stuff (because he's crazy) and voila! he'll let you become a member!

ive done all these passwords and if you wanna know how to become a member:
1: talk to your residents in town till they'll tell you the password
2: go to redd's and he'll ask you for the password
3: tell him what your residents told you. he'll let you inside
4: when you get inside, talk to him and he'll say that if you want to be a member you'll have to pay him i think 3000 bells then you'll be known from him as cousin ...
5: every once in a while redd will send a letter to you saying he's on the way and he'll tell you the password. that's how you'll be a member
WARNING since he's called crazy redd if you want to buy something from him watch out the price is expensive, he calls it CCCCCCCCCCCCRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!
