Okay here's the amount money you need to spend to get to each status level.

Member: about 30,000 Bells spent on merchandise

Silver: about 500,000 Bells spent on merchandise

Gold: about 1,000,000 Bells on merchandise

Platinum: about 2,000,000 on merchandise

The rewards at each status level are:

Member: Nook's Cranny Model

Silver: Nook 'n' Go Model and 5% off all merchandise

Gold: Nookway Model and 10% off all merchandise

Platinum: Nookington's Model and 20% off all merchandise

Getting Points

You normally get 1 point for every 100 Bells you spend, once in a while it's 5 points for ever 100 Bells you spend. If you buy an item at 2,350 Bells, you only get 23 points, not 23 1/2. Points exist a whole, never a fraction.
