First, quickly get one of the curtains covering the light with a Fire Arrow. Then, while standing in the lighted area, hit the second curtain with another Fire Arrow. You don't have to do it as fast as the first one because if you stand in the light, they don't get near you. After that, just slice them up until they fall to the ground, then shine the light on them to finish them off. The king's a little harder because he's the king after all, but same principle...
