I need to know how to get all the mask. and tell me what they do !

Okay look you need to be more descriptive because I have no idea what masks you do and don't have. However I do advise getting the bomber's notebook because most of the stuff in there shows where and how to get the masks.You can get it by learning the password and then remembering it. Then go back to the first day and go to the base and give the guy the password. Afterwords the leader will give you the notebook.
But I'll tell you how to get the 4 transformation masks:
Deku Mask- On the last day at midnite go to the clocktower and shoot a giant bubble at the skull kid to make him drop the ocarina. Then learn the song of time and travel back to the first day. Go to the mask salesman and he'll teach you the song of healing to cure you and get the Deku Mask. This can turn you into a Deku Scrub and use their abilities.
Goron Mask- Get the lens of truth and use it to find the ghost of the king of the Gorons. Follow him to his grave and once there play the song of healing. This will turn you into a Goron and use their abilities.
Zora Mask- Go to the shore and swim into the water to find the lead giutarist of the famous Zora band The Indigo-gos. Drag him onto land and play the song of healing. This will allow you to turn into a Zora and use their abilities.
Fierce Diety Mask- Collect all the masks (Not the transformation masks) and free all of the four giants. Then go to the clock tower at midnight on the last day and play the song you learned after defeqating Odolwa. You'll then be taken inside the moon where there's a field with 5 people in it. Four of them will be wearing the masks of the previous bosses you fought. The last one will be wearing Majora's Mask. You need to play hide and seek with the four wearing the boss masks. To start the game go to the first one and give him the amount of masks he wants. The amount of masks they want depends on who it is. The first boss wants one mask, second wants 2, third wants 3 and the last one wants 4. You need to give them this amount before and a second time afterwords. By the end you'll only have the transformation masks left. Then go to the tree and talk to the kid wearing Majora's Mask. He wants to play a different game. He wants to play Good Guys and Bad Guys. The objective of this game is to run away from him. Then he sees that you don't have any masks and therefore he'll give you the Fierce Diety Mask and then the game begins...
Fierce Diety Mask makes it easy to beat the boss Majora's Mask. Oh and don't worry about the masks you lost you get them all back after beating Majora's Mask.
