You go into the pirates fortress and take a good pic of a pirate (i take them when you fight one in one of the rooms:)). Then bring it back to the fisherman in the white house on the coast (beside the skultulla house). He will trade you the seahorse for the pic. Take the seahorse to pinnacle rock, and then kill all the sea snakes. The three eggs are in any three of the holes the sea snakes are in after you kill them ( an easy way to kill them is to swim toward them as a zora and hold in R. They will die if you swim into them twice while using R). Hope this helps and good luck!
