Do you mean where are all the Pokemon? If that's all, then look at this list:

Beach: Pikachu, Doduo, Pidgey, Meowth, Kangaskhan, Lapras, Chansey, Scyther, Snorlax, Butterfree, and Magikarp.

Tunnel: Pikachu(he appears a lot), Electrode, Kakuna, Electabuzz, Zubat, Zapdos, Haunter, Magikarp, Diglett, Dugtrio, Pinsir(shadow of only), Magnemite, and Magneton.

Volcano: Rapidash, Vulpix, Magmar, Moltres, Growlithe, Arcanine, Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, and even Magikarp!

River: Magikarp, Poliwag, Bulbasaur, Slowpoke, Slowbro, Shellder, Cloyster, Vileplume, Psyduck, Metapod, Porygon and Pikachu.

Cave: Grimer, Ditto(disguised as Bulbasaur), Muk, Koffing, Jigglypuff, Magikarp, Weepinbell, Victreebel, Zubat, Mewtwo(constellation only), Pikachu, Jynx, and Articuno.

Valley: Squirtle, Magikarp, Goldeen, Mankey, Dratini, Geodude, Graveler, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Gyrados, Staryu, Starmie, and Dragonite.

Rainbow Cloud: Mew(and only Mew). Though some people have claimed to see Mewtwo in that level, I've seen nothing but the constellation of Mewtwo and nothing more about him.
