Yeah, I have completed game, "got" Mew and blah blah. But the question is: I want to start the game over (probably for the excitement) but I don't wanna erase all of the old photos. So can I save the pics somehow so they will stay?

Sadly, the answer is no. Erasing the save file to start anew erases everything on the previous file including the photos.
no you will lose all of your photos if you start a new game because you have to erase all your history
