Quests still not being made available
I'm in level 9 and the quests from earlier levels have still not opened. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance . . .
Comment:(May 29 2014) Praise be in the heavens, it looks like they finally flipped what ever switch they needed to switch or pulled what ever lever they are starting to offer me the quests and level items. Thanks for looking and trying to fix their screw up . . . .

The various quests and missions ALL have pre-requisites in the game so what it is is you have not done one of them. Check The Characters and see which have quests to flag and flag and do them. Also check your open quests to see if there are some you have not fully completed and complete them. Eventually you will get everything caught up.
