I'm in level 8 but the quests for levels 6&7 have not appeared h
I can not get the quests to open or allow me to complete for levels 6 and 7 does anyone know what's going on or how to get them to open?

The levels listed for quests are sort of a Guide - what level you are does not actually force the quests to appear, it is basically the indicator for how soon they CAN happen IF you have done the required pre-requisite quests that are part of their path. Just keep doing the open quests until you start unlocking the ones you want to do.
