How do I get a helicopter? I've seen it one of my friends town.

Buy the Mystery Box, twice and then use the
Scrach-R and you need more than 2 timebombs. After that store the quick-e-mart. Then sell and buy back the brown house.

Now you need to plant tommaco on Cletus farm, speed it up and then you should have everything for free.

I think you just have to buy the Premuim character Arnie Pye.

He's the Channel6 Traffic reporter, so you going to get him with his heli and a questline
