Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I'm almost passed level 26 and I still don't have Springfield general hospital, Burns Manor, Wiggum House or El Chemistri.
How do I fix this?? I'm getting really frustrated almost to the point of not wanting to use this app anymore.

Have you completed all the previous missions? Decorating your city just gives you that experiance boost and doesnt let the missions catch up.

If you started building Bursn Manor before General Hospital, you must finish manor firts, send Smither to check mail. Then you will be allowed to continue building General Hospital.

I'm level 42 and still have yet to open the general hospital. I've done everything recommended but not his has prompted to open it up. That's actually the only other building I have to open. After reading the last post, I had Smithers check the mail and nothing happened. I have 4 quests that require the hospital and I'm stuck until then. Any other suggestions!!

Has anybody got any answers yet? I have the same problem with no hospital and I'm on level 43

level 43 here, and same issue... I have two open quests that I can't finish without the hospital
