Mine started doing that too. The game froze as I was placing the valentines pond. So I shut it off now it won't come back on. HELP

Mine's frozen too. When I log in, there's a weird harp-sounding alarm that doesn't stop, but the game doesn't load. I logged it in EA but haven't heard anything. Help!

Mine is doing the same thing. Since last night. I have logged off and logged back in but nothing happens.
