Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out
I wasp laying anonomysly and in middle of playing I trier to add my.name to the account but I accidentally opened a new one. I signed off and back on, logged out and tapped to play my annomous game but it won't reload, the donut just keeps spinning around. I was a at level 22 and don't wish to start over. How can I retrieve my game?

You should delete the app and reinstall it, after the game downloads with all the appropriate Updates, sign back in and you should be goo to go at the same level you were before

If they are trying to restore their anonymous game, they should NOT delete the app - that will delete any anonymous games.
