I've lost all of my neighbours on tapped out, I had 36 and now the only one I've got is 'Other Springfield' what do I do? I can't log in to origin, the buttons just dissapeared..

The same has happened to me. The message came up saying about the issues with getting on to the server then all of a sudden my neighbours have gone and I have nearly 50, just going to hope it sorts itself out

Our whole household lost our neighbours too :( must be a glitch with this Christmas update

Same here! So upset. Can't get the coins fast enough to build the Christmas things :(

Ok, I feel slightly better that it wasn't something I did to lose all my friends! It won't allow me to add anyone again to my social circle either. Kind of annoying as I want to visit friends and earn Santa coins to decorate my Springfield. Lets hope it gets sorted out soon enough. :-)

I just did it, you have to delete it and install it again.

I've lost all mine also, then randomly today they all came back.? It's probably a glitch because of the Xmas update, or the excessive amount of people playing at once. I hope they fix it soon!!

Tapped out deleted all my neighbors. I deleted the app and reinstalled, now I can't eve log on it keeps reconnecting!

Thank goodness it's not only me! Lost all of mine and the button to log onto origin has gone from the loading and neighbour screen. Hopefully it will get resolved ASAP. Merry Xmas! :-)
