Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I went to play this morning and was pretty far. Well it loaded like a new game and I'm having to start over. Anyone know why or how to fix back to normal. Oh and I have friends that can still go to my old town that got deleted

yeah i think this happened to me as well today i tried to log in and it started like it was the first time i even logged out and back in to see if that fixed it but its gone

You have to log back into your origin the same thing happened to me
