Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I can not access my friends. I have 36 friends, is that the issue? I tap the friends button and then it lads for two seconds and then says it has lost connection. Please help me. Have you go any ideas.

Hi,
I found the problem.
You've to much Friends ;-)
I had the Same Problem with 30 friends,with now 15 Friends the Bug is fixed!

You can reduce it when the app is loading then you can see the button for the Log in by Origin.
Log Off,by typing the Button at the left side below.
Restart the app--> Log in at Origin--> now you're at the Main Menue of Origin!
Kick some of your friend Out of the friendalist and the app will work ;-)
