How can I update my game? Some of the Springfields I have friended I can't get into, because it says I need an update! I click the link it gives me, and then nothing! Any help would be great, thanks!

I had the same problem but I think I have identified the reason. I am playing on an iPad and I believe the users I can't access are users playing on an iPhone. At this point, I have deleted users I can't access and have used forums and other websites to try and grow my friends on the game.

I'm sure only a game update is required to fix the issue but from the lack of information coming out from EA regarding updating the game or even returning it to the App Store, it seems like users shouldn't hold our breath.

My user name is adamran on Orgin and I'm still looking to add more neighbor-einos if they are also using the iPad.

I play this game and with my iPhone and IPad. I have the same issue BUT the same people give me the same errors no matter what device I am using.

They took the game off the apple app store, so until they put it back the people with the older version will have to wait to get the new version
