What you need is a seed. There are many great seeds out there, just type "Minecraft PE village seed" or something similar in your search engine and you should get lots of results. When you create your world, go to the Advanced settings; there's a space named "seed", enter the seed name and you'll spawn in the world of your choice.
Off the top of my head, two nice village seeds are "Johnny Appleseed" (there's at least 4 villages, pretty close to spawn) or "sylphe"; this has a really nice village near spawn, and is really fun to explore because there are a few different biomes relatively close by. Don't put the quotation marks when you enter the seed name though!

Sorry, my bad: the seed is "sylph", without the "e" at the end. Should have checked before posting.Search for more answers for Minecraft: Pocket Edition or ask your own question here.
