Can monsters see what you wrote for other players to see?

I bet they can, but they won't understand it. They're just enemies, not real people.

No, Monsters (originally called Mobs) are not like real people playing. They're just CPUs (Central Processing Units). CPUs don't really think like real people, so just to keep the answer short, no, mobs can't see what you wrote for other players.
