You can't get wolves and ocelots on Minecraft PE. You can get chickens, cows, pigs, sheep, creepers, spiders, and zombies.

Not for now but I heard that in the future wolves will be in pe. I'm not sure about ocelots but will probaly in the same update as wolves.

I think they need the following in pe: the nether, ocelots, blazes, ghasts, the wither, wither skeletons, nether portals, emerald tools, and villages, wolves, and emeralds on every survival mode world. Anyway, they will add horses and squids and potions in the future if you are asking about those!!!!
