No you can not find Monsters in creative because the mine caft people want you to gather stuf to kill them so yea

If you enter the seed cipka in min craft pe creative there will be monsters but they can't hurt you.Guest answered:

I also believe that you must get the Pro version to spawn mobs. It costs a few dollars. Just being helpful to others. Guest answered:
In the 0.6.1 alpha in creative mode (PE), there are no Monsters/hostile Mobs. There is no night either, but passive mobs are able to be spawned in raw pieces of land (unmodified land). They can also take damage in suffocation and being hit.
