The Minecraft PE 0.7.0 update just came out. It includes buckets and chat. I would like to know how to put water or lava INTO the bucket. The buckets are easy to craft. 3 iron ingots

A new update that comes by Christmas will have buckets, switches, and signs. I just got an update that has paintings, melons, and new brick. Btw, there already is red stone, you have to smelt it in a furnace.

You can switch your charter whit minecraft on iPod/iPad But you must to be have cydiaGuest answered:
You can have Buckets on minecraft on the XBOX but I'm not sure that there is one for ipod/ipad/iphone I don't thing so.

Can put in lava and water. Bucket only available in MCPE 0.7.0 or higher. So it's possible!

At the moment buckets are not in mcpe (Minecraft pocket edition) but in the 0.7.0 update (coming out hopefully this Thursday) buckets will be added. I read the Minecraft forums and buckets are in the 0.7.0 updates along with other things.

First, you must update your Minecraft PE to 0.7.0. If you check the Crafting bench, there will be an edition to the Items you can make: a bucket. You need three iron ingots to make it.

Buckets were added to the Minecraft PE version 0.7.0 and new update was just released 0.7.1 due to problems with the first version. Does anyone know how to use the buckets though?

I've got minecraft on my kindle fire HD and you can get buckets. But you have to craft it out of iron.

You craft it at a Crafting table with 3 iron ingots. They look like an ore with a tannish color as the iron.

Get three iron ingots. To make them you need to find iron ore in a cave. To mine it you need a stone pickaxe.then smelt it in a furnace. Then go to your Crafting table. BOOM! There's your bucket

You need 3 iron ingots to make a bucket to hold either Lava or water so it's not that much of a costly find
