just download Cleo sa from the App Store download the cheats to gta sa by opening the app and selecting some stuff and u have all the cheats!Guest answered:
If you have a file browser, find the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Applications folder. Somewhere there is a save file (.GTASAXX) Find that and replace it with a 100% Comleted Save game file from planet gta or another source. DO NOT mess with the files
