You can also buy it from the store and it will spawn the the nearest Heil Pad to you

It is found on top of the two islands. The tallest islands are the ones I'm talking about. It's near the corner of the map and it's super tall. There will be an up and down blue telporter at the botom keep going like 3 sdtories up and there will be a helicopter on the helipad up there for sure.
