Energy is vital in most Facebook games, particularly Zynga's. You will need it to collect ingredients, prepare dishes, and generally do any repetetive task in ChefVille.

How to earn Energy:

To get more Energy you have a few options. The best way to get it is by visiting Friends. The first time you visit you will get 3 Energy. Every time after that you will get 1. Note that you can only receive a maximum of 25 Energy each day (24 Hours).

Friends can also send you Energy as gifts. Go to a Friends restaurant and help them out to help facilitate this. The Energy appears in your inventory as an Energy Pack. You can also share Energy after completing quests. As you can see, Energy is very much geared towards social play and gaming with your Friends.

Finally, you can buy energy with Cash, if you are a really desperate for it.

TIP: If you wait for your Energy to regenerate, it will do so every 5 Minutes, by 1 point.
