To navigate much easier through this guide, I added the search system, which
works just by following these simple steps:
- Highlight the "Section Code" of the section which you wish to go and copy it
(CTRL+C).
- Press CTRL+F to bring up the search sub-menu.
- Paste (CTRL+V) the "Section Code" and press ENTER twice to be where you
wanted to be. Just like magic!

This is my very first Character FAQ, and my 11th file uploaded at GameFAQ's. I
did it after reading through Huff n Puff 20's Colette Brunel Character FAQ.
He/she did a really good job writing the character FAQ for Colette Brunel,
since she's one of the hardest characters to play with (along with Regal). I
liked this game ever since I played it and, if you haven't noticed, I wrote a
complete FAQ for this game.
It's quite large and it's still not finished (only need to complete the lists,
I think). It's over 1,100 KB (390 pages if you copy it in Microsoft Word o_O)
and it was my first FAQ ever, so it holds a special place in my heart. Without

The central character of the game, Lloyd was found in the woods with Noishe
when he was an infant. He now lives with his adoptive dwarf father.

Lloyd is the main character in the game, and I have to say he is one hell of a
good hero, to say the least. He's a very determined young man, although he can
be somewhat stubborn, wanting to save everything that he possibly can. He lives
in a house near Iselia Forest with his stepfather Dirk and a dog named Noishe,
traveling to the village of Iselia with Noishe to see his friends Genis,
Colette, and Raine, as well as to "study". Lloyd hates studying and never pays
attention in Raine's class, and therefore, isn't the brightest. All the same,
he's one of the strongest and most dedicated.
In battle, Lloyd is probably the best character to control. He doesn't have
the highest HP of all the characters, but I'll be darned if he ain't a strong,
well-defended, and quick young man. Add to that, his HP is pretty good. While
he isn't really that much of a magic user, I guess that that can be understood,
being that he isn't an elf. He has some of the most powerful skills in the
game, as well as quite the versatile set... starting from his first techs, one
is a more normal slash, one is a powerful sword thrust better for ground
enemies, one slashes the enemy repetitively with the two blades, one that
shoots energy in front of you, and one that hurls through the air slashing.
Overall, very good!

Now onto his basic attacks. His attacks are fast, strong and with a rather
long-range. Being the male protagonist of the game, he's made to be easily
controlled, so you won't be having any trouble controlling him through the
whole game (like you're supposed to). His following basic attacks are the

All of Lloyd's Techs will be written down here in this section. Make sure to
read the following before continuing with the Techs, ok?
- Basic Techs: These are the basic techs that you learn by leveling up, no
matter what happens.
- T-type Techs: You have to be T-type. You learn these after leveling up and
after a certain basic or T-type usage.
- S-type Techs: You have to be S-type. You learn these after leveling up and
after a certain basic or S-type usage.
- Advanced Techs: You can be either T-type or S-type. You learn these by
leveling up and after a certain basic and T-type/S-type usage. Example: Demonic
Thrust. Requirements: All Demon Fang and Sonic Thrust x50. This means you have
to use Demon Fang and Double Demon Fang/Fierce Demon Fang (any of these, since
you can't have both) 50 times, but you also have to use Sonic Thrust and
Hurricane Thrust/Super Sonic Thrust also 50 times. You got that? I hope so.
- Special Techs: You learn these Techs throughout the game.
- Secret Techs: You'll be able to use these after meeting certain
requirements. Check them for more info.
