To make the censors go away, You have to
1) Buy a rug, a vibrating bed, and a fireplace,
2) Put the fireplace on top of the rug, and put the bed on top of the fireplace.
3) Light a fire and then vibrate the bed.
4) Let the fire burn everything and when the bed burns, it will jump out and it will be UNCENSORED.
P.S. Do this only on free play because your sim might die.

First you put a fire place in your house with a rug in front of it. Buy a hot tub and put on top of the rug. Light a fire then tell sim to get in hot tub. A fire will start and then your sim will try to extinguish it.Delete everything besides being in the hot tub. If done right your sim will pop up somewhere else with the sensors on it. Next tell your sim to use the bathroom,when done the sensors will be off. Do not do anything that will make your sim put clothes back on, such as swimming or taking a shower or bath.
Works for man or woman.
