How do you get promoted, I have all the body and cooking and all of those completely full, but I still can't get promoted.

You need to make sure you have enough family friends. On the screen where it shows you what body etc skills you have, at the top it should have a blue smiley face and a number e.g 1/3 - if that's the case you need to make 2 more family friends until you have 3/3.
