<BR>I have 120,000 dollars, but it doesn't let me buy anything nice.

<BR>Sometimes it won't let me buy anything, but I can pay the bills and expand the house walls, etc. The only thing I have left to do is improve the value of the house, and I can't.

<BR>The house value is at 69,000, but I need to get to 74,000 I think.
