need help getting to "hot to trot" house plzzz

Ok so I'm in the "party animals" house with mimi and I've completed all of the other goals except getting a roomate. I've tried to get Leon, bingo and layla to be my roomate and they all keep saying something like "Uh no. I can't have somebody with a house like this iving with me".

What do I do?

Ok ... My best friend told me this ... After you beat the mom level, fix & clean everything in you're house & sell everything on every level. Walls & all. NOTE: U CANNOT SELL PHONES. Idk y. Anyway, save & quit & press L & R to bring up cheats screen. Put in FREEALL. Go back to game. Build house from ground up & you're money should not disappear. to move in with someone, make sure you are bfs with the person. Then make sure you have amzing & clean house. & make sure you are feeling very well. Personally, I choose to try & live with Bingo. Hope this helps & have fun!!!!!!!!!!
