Where do you find the fairy that doubles your magic power?
I think someone said the big octo with the least eyes has eaten her but if this is true, do you know where it is?

Yes, its true, to find her go 2 squares to the east from outset.

The Big Octo you're looking for is two squares east of Outset Island.
I'm not sure where it is exactly but try using your telescope to find the flock of seaguls circling the area where the octo is.
It only has four eyes so it shouldn't be too hard to kill it.

Go to the reef near the angular ises and head stone isle then go along the wall surrounding it and u will c a telescope guy.
Look where he's looking and you will see a swarm of seagulls.
Sail there and you will be sucked into its whirlpool.

I found it nearby the great fish island!! You must kill the Octoroc with your Bomerang, throw it on the Octorocs eyes!

You need to kill a Giant 4 Eyed Squid (Big Octo) to get this. When you get to the square look for a flock of seagulls. Sail to wherever they are and you'll automatically get pulled into a vortex to battle the Giant 4 Eyed Squid. Hit each of its 4 eyes twice with the boomerang or the bow and it will die. The Great Fairy will then appear and double your magic meter!
