Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Just a couple of questions.

How do you get someone to draw an area on the map for you?
Is Tingle the only person who can decipher tri-force maps?
Finally, how can you get to all of the deku trees? I can't even get up to the one east of the forest haven. and get

I have two tasks to complete.

1) In the griffindor commonroom

2)I go to the library and there is no one there. Is this a glitch?

3)I can't speak to Cho in the in the Room Of Requirement.

To get areas on the map, get bait from Beedle and then offshore from each island there should be a fish. Give him some bait and he'll put the area down on your map and give youu information about the island.

It's quite simple really, all you have to do is make sure you have the ability to shoot arrows, then go to mother and child isles and shoot the god in the giant cyclone. He will then give you a ballad to play with the wind waker which you can use to warp to certain areas on the sea.
