Do all treasures in the ocean contain Rupees? Is there other rare stuff inside the treasures? and get

I don't think there are anything but rupees in the chests. Thats all I've ever found. Except for the eight triforce pieces you have to collect in the game.

Well shoes and broken pottery. Haha. But you can find pieces of heart and triforce pieces later in the game.

The small rings of light will only give you Treasure Chests containing small Rupees; the big rings of light like the ones from the Treasure Charts and Triforce Charts will give you Treasure Chests containing either Silver Rupees (200), Heart Pieces, Special Charts or Triforce Shards!

Actually there are charts like the Big Octo chart and the secret cave chart and stuff.

Yes, unless it's an important 1 when it contains a Triforce piece.
