Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

So let me get this straight, you can just get the BLUE pearl instead of deafeating the boss in the TEMPLE where the fish was but now it is in Outset Island at the back of the cave? Also is there anything important in the TEMPLE.?

You get the blue pearl by going to the back of outset and blowing down a wall with bombs. You don't have to fight anybody. You got it.
Peace.

There's no Temple or Boss on Greatfish Isle where Lord Jabun was, you get Nayru's Pearl from him at the back of Outset Island - no fight!

No temple, no fight, just freedom of bosses. All you got to do is get a bunch of bombs, go to the back of Outset Island, and BOOM you just blast it off. Just talk to the whale and you get the final pearl.

The closest thing to a boss when getting the third pearl is the giant rock you need to destroy.
