How do you get the ice arrows?

Ok, you need the windwaker song Balled of gales....

To get balled of gales you need to find a cyclone (weird tornado)near mother and child island go right into it a weird frog will come up shoot him three times with your regular arrows.

he will teach you balled of gales balled of gales lets you teleport across the seas teleport to mother and child island after you save your sister the fairy will give you fire and ice arrows!

You won't be able to get them until you meet Hyrule's King: Daphnes Nohansen
Hyrule and then return to the Great Sea. Once that's happened, sail to Mother & Child Isles and approach the Cyclone until it sucks you in. Then, use your Bow to shoot the guy (Cyclos) in the Tornado with 3 Arrows to learn a new Song (the Ballad of Gales). Now play the Song and transport to Mother & Child Isles (you'll see why)! Then go to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a Fire Arrow at the Island to start a 5 minute timer - enter the Island and get the Iron Boots within the 5 minutes. Now go to Fire Mountain and use an Ice Arrow on the Island to start another 5 minute timer - enter the Island and get the Power Bracelets within the 5 minutes. Then you'll be ready for the 2 Temples (Earth and Wind).

First learn balled of gales by finding a weird tornadonear alot of places but mainly near mother and child island ride near the tornado.

A frog will come up on a cloud shoot the cloud or frog three times with arrows he will teach you balled of gales.

Now save your sister.Use balled of gales and teleport to mother and child island.A fairy will give you fire and ice arrows!

You have to go to the entrance of the wind or earth temple and throw some bait out for the half man half fish thing and he will tell you where to go and he sends you to two diferent islands the first ones will be different but the second one for both is Mother and Child islands. To get in you need to hit the evil god with three arrows then he will teach you a song you can use to warp inside the big island the the fairy that looks like a little girl will give you BOTH fire and ice arrows.

Once you've got the master sword and completed tower of the gods, go to an area where a cyclone is. Shoot at the thing in it with arrows and it'll teach you the Ballad Of Gales. Use it to get to Mother and Child isles and you'll end up in the bigger isle. There the queen of Faries will give you the fire and ice arrows.

You need to go to the mother and child isles and then the queen fairy will give you them.
