You won't be able to do the Temples until you meet Hyrule's King: Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule and then return to the Great Sea. Once that's happened, sail to Mother & Child Isles and approach the Cyclone until it sucks you in.

Then, use your Bow to shoot the guy (Cyclos) in the Tornado with 3 Arrows to learn a new Song (the Ballad of Gales). Now play the Song and transport to Mother & Child Isles (you'll see why)! Then go to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a Fire Arrow at the Island to start a 5 minute timer - enter the Island and get the Iron Boots within the 5 minutes. Now go to Fire Mountain and use an Ice Arrow on the Island to start another 5 minute timer - enter the Island and get the Power Bracelets within the 5 minutes.

Then you'll be ready for the 2 Temples (Earth and Wind). The Earth Temple's first - go to Headstone Island, learn the Song (Earth God's Lyric) and go find Medli (the Rito on Dragon Roost Island). Once you beat the Earth Temple - go to Gale Isle, learn the Song (Wind God's Aria) and go find Makar (the Korok on Forest Haven) to beat the Wind Temple.

Complete Forsaken Fortress the second time. Follow the story until you leave Hyrule. Learn the Balad Of Gales and warp to Mother & Child Isles to get fire and ice arrows. Go to fire mountain and shoot an ice arrow into the lava pouring out. Then go inside and kill the 3 caterpillars. This will get you the power bracelets. Then go to Ice Ring Isle and shoot a fire arrow into the dragon head. Then go inside and use the slope to get to the Iron Boots. Then go to Gale Isle and use the iron boots to get to the statue and use the skull hammer to break it. Learn the song inside and then go to Stone Head Isle. Break the stone by picking it up and learn the song inside the island. Then go to Medli (Go to the final exit in the post office central and take the right) and play the song from Stome Head Isle. Then go to Makar (Go to the waterfall in Forest Haven and jump into it and halfway down use the Deku Leaf to fly into the cave and find Makar) and play the song from Gale Isle.
