1. The moon (only full moon) you must have the color camera
2.First take a picture of the guy putting mail in the mailbox,
next take a picture of someone scared in the Windfall cafe but throw something to scare him, last take a picture of people that look into their eyes
3. (you can only get it after done taking the three photo) Catch afirefly at Forest haven and give it back to the photo man

2) 1st Pic: Wait on the edge of the dock facing the mailbox and wait for this guy in red overalls to show up and stick a letter in the mailbox - you need to take the shot as soon as his hand is near the mailbox.
2nd Pic: Go to the cafe (to get to it, go to the Shop of the guy who gave you your Sail - outside - and to the left of the Shop is a set of stairs, take them up to the cafe). There's a guy standing over in the corner by a table - he's the coward you need to scare. Roll into the wall or throw a pot at him to scare him, then snap a photo of him - quickly.
3rd Pic: Up by the School is a girl in orange and you know that guy who walks around the Town and supposedly knows all of the short cuts, well, when he gets near her, he'll look at her, take the shot of them then!

3) Go to the Forest Haven and inside it, there's a certain, special Forest Firefly that you need to put in a Bottle and take to Lenzo (the Pictographer) to get the colour Pictograph!

1) Now that you have the Deluxe Pictograph, go talk to that Elvis dancer by the Grave next to the Jail where Tingle was and show him your Wind Waker. He'll show you the Song of Passing, you can use that to go from day to night and night to day. Use the Song of Passing as many times as you need to to make the Moon full. Take a photo of it and show it to the dude on the steps (Kamo) during the day and he'll give you a Treasure Chart! Also - take a picture of that older lady in orange by the Potion (Chu Chu) Shop and show it to her...

1. The full moon with a color camera.
2. First, something about a love letter (I'd stand on the dock, zoom in to the mailbox not too close, and wait for the dude). Second, the dude who flinches when you make a big sound (roll into a wall or break a cup or plate in the bar and then whip out your camera and take a picture of him looking around scared). Third, a meaningful glance (the orange-dressed girl and the walker guy, when they look at each other. Make sure you have enough of them to get the whole look, but not so far away as not to see it). I'm not sure if you have to have the color camera for this, but it's possible.
3. There's a fairy that glows bright in the Forest Haven. When you see it, you'll know it's there. Catch it in a bottle, and then show it to the pictograph guy. I'm not sure when he upgrades your camera, but he does upgrade it sometime. So now you know.
