Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

I am really stuck. I can't seem to get into Ganon's tower. I'm kinda guessing that there are errands that I must complete, at least according to the red boat. Is there anything special I have to do or go to open that brick wall? I've already gotten all of those trees for the Great Duku Tree and all. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO! It's staring to get frusterating. I did notice that there is a blue symbol on the ground in front of the Brick wall and I also noticed that the face on the wall was glowing. Does that have to do anything with this problem?

Lol - you know the other side of that room where the actual lanterns are, the ones that told you the order to hit the switches? Just fall down into that black pit to enter a new area.
Here, you'll face Phantom Ganon once again; he has 3 attacks: tennis (little ball of energy) that you can swing back at him until he gets hit and falls, a big pink ball of energy that you can't do anything with, but dodge and a multi self attack where he'll swing at you and then the real one will stay for a bit. Once you hit him with your sword, he'll vanish, his sword will drop to the ground and the handle of his sword will point towards the door that you need to go through!
Repeat this little 'game' until you come across a Treasure Chest - open it and use the new weapon on Phantom Ganon to defeat him once and for all. Then, use his sword on the brick wall to bring it down! Phew - hope that works - good luck =P

Hm. I remember having problems with that too. I still do. Anyway, I think you have to go into the one room and memorize the lit candles: One, two, three, and four (are there five?). Then you go to the other room and target them with your boomerang in order: One, two, three, four (five?). Now, I think your boat comes in and lets you go back to the surface, if you need to. Now, I think you have to hit the door/wall with a Light Arrow. I think. I can't remember...I couldn't remember when I played the game, let alone after a long while not playing!
