The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker Questions

Hi! Sheiny, maybe you can help? Well, I have beaten some horest place where the great deku tree is, and I can't go to the island I need to go to next! Also, is the pirate ship a bad thing, if so, how do I destroy it?

You need to change the direction of the wind with the Wind Waker, you want to be heading towards Greatfish Isle right? And no the pirates become your friends after a while, if that is the ship you are talking about. If it si the one that shoots at you, then that is bad, they all are, but you neeed bombs to destroy it.

I mean the ghost ship. Sorry.

Hey yuyu101, if you've just beaten the Forbidden Woods in the Forest Haven (good job), you'll need to sail northwest to Greatfish Isle. Like nintendo_dude said, use your Wind Waker to change the direction of the wind (up, left, right), then sail in that direction.

The location of Greatfish Isle is marked on your map, just push up on the d-pad to check it out. Make sure you get a lot of Bait from Beedle on his little boat at Forest Haven before you set sail; use the Bait by each island where that jumping fish is to update your Sea Chart! Once you get to Greatfish Isle, you'll need to go northeast back to Windfall Island to get your Bomb Bag. On Windfall Island, use the back entrance to the Bomb Shop and then go up to the grave (by where you freed Tingle) and jump on the Pirate Ship. Next, you'll have to head southwest back home to the back of Outset Island to get the last Pearl (Nayru's) by Bombing the wall.
The Ghost Ship is not a bad thing, once you get the Ghost Ship Chart from Diamond Steppe Island (answered below) and you sail into the Ghost Ship when you find it, you'll enter the ship and once you kill all the bad guys in it, you'll get a Triforce Chart and the Ghost Ship will vanish completely!
Again, like nintendo_dude said, the Pirate Ship is by no means a bad thing, but the little ships are - you destroy them with Bombs!
