Could some one tell me what to do when we have to find some juban guy at outset island I only found the great fairy and I don't know what to do next

You mean Jabun. He's behind Outset Island in a behind a giant stone slab.

Note: You need bombs to get in.

Do you mean Jabun? You went to Greatfish Island, right? Good. Go to Windfall Island and sneak into the Bomb Shop. When the pirates are finished talking, go to the ship and use the password to get in. Pass Niko's rope-swinging challenge for bombs, then go to Outset Island and sail to the back until you get caught in a whirlpool. Shoot the patterned wall with your cannon until it breaks, then go inside to meet Jabun.

Hmmm... Yes, there's is a guy called "Juban" (or whatever his name is) on Outset Island. Take you boat and go around Outset Island (behind the island is a rock wall. Pull out your bombs while you are still in your boat and shoot them at the wall to destroy it!). He will be inside a cave behind the rock wall. Hope that helped some!

You need to have the bombs selected, then get in your boat and go around the back of Outset island, go along the outside of the whirlpool, and shoot at the big rock blocking the entrance.
