Question for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

I just got to this island and i had to do this song with my windwaker.

After I did it this man came up to me and asked if recognized this instrument.

Just when I saw it I knew it belonged to Makar.

The first time I went to forest haven he was there but now I went to look for him and he wasnt there..

In what island can I find him ?

I'm not sure how far you are - but Makar is under that waterfall on Forest Haven (near where you dock) - you should be able to hear different music coming from under the waterfall when you get near it - Makar is the Sage of the Wind Temple...

He is in Forest Haven, behind the waterfall. Like Sheiny said he is the sage of the Wind Temple.

Before you get inside the forest haven, (before you even use the grappling hook to get in) you'll see two waterfalls and you will hear music playing. Get inside one of those waterfalls and he will be in there!
